Arash Ship Dinner Cruise — Persian Night Show on Istanbul's Bosphorus

Spend an evening on the water aboard the Arash ship, a Bosphorus dinner cruise built around a live Persian night show. You sail for three hours along Istanbul's most famous strait, gliding between the European and Asian shores while the city's palaces and fortresses light up the night around you.
Dinner is served as the ship sets off — a spread of appetizers, a chicken-fillet main course and a seasonal fruit platter — paired with unlimited drinks, from beer, wine and vodka cocktails to soft drinks, juices and water. There's no rush: the food, the views and the music run all evening.
The stage is the heart of the night. Vocalists Negar and Mehran perform alongside Behrouz Fallah on keyboard, with a standout set from Hamed Barad, Arabic dance by Ms. Shakiba, an Ottoman Harem dance, and Persian beats spun by DJ Hossam. Between performances, look out for Dolmabahçe and Çırağan palaces, the Rumeli and Anadolu fortresses, Beylerbeyi Palace, the waterfront yalı mansions and the floodlit Maiden's Tower.
From the 19:00–19:30 hotel pickup to the midnight return, everything is handled door to door — making this one of the easiest, most atmospheric ways to experience the Bosphorus after dark.
