How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, email us at support@istanbulsightseeing.com with your booking reference number, the tour details and your reason for cancelling. Our team aims to respond within three business days and will confirm your eligibility and the next steps.

Refund Timeframes

Once a refund is approved, it is returned to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, the funds usually appear within three to seven business days. Please note that bank charges, currency conversion fees or payment gateway fees may be deducted by the relevant providers.

Cancellation Windows

Many of our tours have a specific deadline before which you can cancel and remain eligible for a refund. These deadlines vary by tour, so always review the conditions shown on the individual tour page. Cancelling after the stated window may mean the booking is no longer refundable.

Non-Refundable Situations

Some bookings cannot be refunded. These include no-shows, where you do not arrive at the designated meeting point or departure time without prior notice; late cancellations made outside the eligible refund period; custom or private tailor-made tours unless otherwise agreed; and third-party services such as flights, visas and accommodation.

Force Majeure and Alternatives

In exceptional circumstances beyond anyone's control, such as natural disasters or political unrest, cases are assessed individually. Where a refund is not possible, we may offer to reschedule your tour or provide credit toward a future booking so your plans are not lost.
