The day opens with a traditional Turkish breakfast of simit, menemen, olives, cheeses and pastries, before a scenic ferry ride over the Bosphorus. On the Asian shore, you weave through Kadikoy's markets for around ten tastings, sampling specialities such as Iskender kebab, içli köfte, pide, börek, baklava and stuffed mussels.
